RUSTON â The standard of excellence continues at Louisiana Tech as the Bulldogs claimed win No. 20 on the season with a 99-66 victory over Our Lady of the Lake on Wednesday night inside the Thomas Assembly Center on Karl Malone Court.
There was doubt at the beginning of the 2020-21 season that LA Tech (20-6) would even play 20 games. They ended up playing 26 and reached 20 victories for the eighth time in the last nine seasons.

LA Tech (19-6) put together its most complete series this past weekend in the 101-57 and 79-58 victories over Rice. On offense, the Bulldogs shot 49.6 percent from the floor, 48.1 percent from deep and 80.0 percent from the foul line.
The Louisiana Tech men s basketball team will have one more tune-up before postseason play begins, as the Bulldogs will host Our Lady of the Lake on Wednesday, March 3.
