In her role, Ms. Moreno will be responsible for deal origination & execution and advising clients on their corporate finance and special situation solutions. Ms. Moreno has more than 23 years of experience advising senior executives and institutional investment groups across a wide range of economic sectors, including business services, consumer products, and technology. She has advised on numerous transactions for organizations having revenue ranging from $20 million to $2 billion, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private placements of debt & equity, and recapitalizations.
