The Charge Against St. Louis Couple for Defending their Home
U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- On Sunday, 28 June, 2020, the property of a married couple of Saint Louis lawyers was invaded by a screaming, unruly mob. Under Missouri law, the couple had a right to defend themselves and their home. From a previous article on AmmoLand:
Section 563.031 specifically allows the use of deadly force, not just showing a weapon, against people who have entered private property unlawfully. In order to be justified, the person using the force must reasonably believe such force to be necessary to defend themselves or a third person from the unlawful use of force.

MELROSE Members of the Massachusetts National Guard who traveled to Washington, D.C., to provide extra security throughout the week of President Joe Biden s inauguration have returned to the Bay State.
Buses carrying members of the 182nd Infantry Regiment, who are based in Melrose, arrived at the armory in the city shortly after 5:15 p.m. Saturday.
Melrose Mayor Paul Brodeur encouraged residents to welcome the troops back by lining the sidewalks around the armory but while wearing face masks and with appropriate physical distancing.

Very few people have had confirmed, allergic reactions after being vaccinated.
New American CDC data released Friday shows that just 10 people who ve gotten Moderna s vaccine in the US have had severe (anaphylactic) allergic reactions, among more than four million shots delivered.
The CDC recommends that people who do have an allergic reaction to a first dose of Covid-19 vaccine should not get their second shot.

Dr. Stephanie R. Bialek, MD, MPH, is the director of the Division of Viral Diseases in CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), since 2020. Dr. Bialek, a captain in the United States Public Health Service, leads a division with 4 branches, 27 programs, and over 300 staff, fellows, and contractors.
During her career, Dr. Bialek has worked on a wide range of domestic and international public health programs. She joined CDC as an Epidemic Intelligence Service officer in 1999 and worked in the Division of Viral Hepatitis. After completing the practicum year of her residency in Preventive Medicine at the Georgia Department of Public Health in 2003, Dr. Bialek returned to the Division of Viral Hepatitis as a medical epidemiologist working on hepatitis B vaccine effectiveness and chronic hepatitis B and C.
