A man died after a ride-on lawnmower he was using fell on top of him and pinned him down, an inquest has heard.
Simon James Theaker, 44, was cutting the lawn when the large mower fell down a four-metre bank and into a shallow stream at his home in the village of Cusop, hear Hay-on-Wye.
