Show Transcript My name is Brian, NATO deputy police commissioner for the Public Integrity Bureau of the Baltimore City Police Department. Today, we re going to lease to body worn camera videos of an incident which took place on February 17th, 2021 at 7 40 PM Location is 400 Gilmour Street on that date and time to police officers Courtney Right and Dante Foster, or in, um, our patrol vehicle when they observed a group of males at the intersection of Coal Street and Gilmour Street. As the officers approached that area, one of the males walked away and attempted to enter residence. He was not able to obtain entry and instead fled on foot into a rear alley, and that was observed a few moments later on Ramsey Street. At this point, Officer Foster exited patrol vehicle. The male fled on foot, and the officers followed him back onto Gilmore with a male brandished a firearm. At this point, Officer Foster was on foot. An off
