(ABC 6 News) - A lot has changed in the last 24 hours about the mask mandate ending in Minnesota and it s confusing.
There are exceptions. You still have to wear a mask when traveling and if a business or city requires them.
Businesses and people in Rochester are responding to this news in a positive way. It feels great, you finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. We re seeing a lot more people coming in. It s always nice to see smiles instead of masks, Cole Kundert, manager of Hefe Rojo in Rochester said.
Cole says he and his staff are still learning about the mandate.
