Swedish buyout major EQT sells Singapore corporate services firm In.Corp to TA Associates

Swedish investment firm EQT Group, through its EQT Mid Market fund, has made an exit from the Singapore-based corporate services provider In.Corp Global to private equity firm TA Associates.
Financial details were not disclosed. A Bloomberg report in February last year had said EQT was looking to sell the company for “several hundred million dollars”.
In.Corp’s founder and CEO, Atin Bhutani, along with the existing management team will continue to lead the business and be shareholders alongside TA Associates, according to a statement. Edward Sippel, head of TA Associates Asia Pacific has joined In.Corp’s board of directors.
TA Associates makes strategic investment in ASX-listed BetaShares

Global private equity firm TA Associates has made a significant investment in BetaShares, an Australian exchange-traded fund (ETF) manager with more than $16 billion in assets under management, according to a statement.
As part of the transaction, TA has acquired the shares held by Mirae Asset Financial Group and other minority investors in BetaShares.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ASX-listed BetaShares offers a diverse range of ETFs, with funds covering Australian and international shares, fixed income, cash, currencies, commodities and alternative strategies.
“We are excited to welcome TA as an investor as we enter this next phase of our growth,” said BetaShares founder and CEO Alex Vynokur.
