Starter homes are especially flying off the market, making new builds for that demographic especially desirable for first-time buyers. To that end, a new division from Houston mega developer David Weekley Homes is opening the door for budget-minded shoppers in the master-planned community of Tavola. Nestled in New Caney,
Houston, TX (February 3, 2021): Imagination by David Weekley Homes, the division of David Weekley Homes offering high-quality homes to value-minded first-time or move-down buyers, will soon begin building in the master-planned community of Tavola. Located in New Caney, Tavola will include 24 single-family homes and is expected to open for sales in spring 2021. Buyers will be able to select from eight one- and two-story floor plans situated on 50-foot homesites, ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,800 square feet of living space. Homes will include three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths and options of a covered porch and extended owner’s retreat.
