BATON ROUGE, La. The Tigers lost, 5-4, to Vanderbilt on Sunday afternoon at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.
LSU will be back at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. CT to face McNeese State for the Prostate Cancer Awareness game. The contest will be telecast on SEC Network+ and can be heard on affiliates of the LSU Sports Radio Network.

BATON ROUGE, La. The Tigers defeat Southeastern LA, 10-7, Tuesday night at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.
LSU will open conference play on Friday in a weekend series against Mississippi State at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field. The game will be broadcast on SEC Network and can be listened to in Baton Rouge at 98.1 FM.
LSU is now 15-3 on the year and Southeastern falls to 11-5.
Will Hellmers (4-1) earned the win, working four innings with three strikeouts. He allowed five hits, three runs and no walks.
LSU advances to 10-3 on the season withthe win and Texas Southern falls to 3-10.
The Tigers return to action on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. CT when the team travels to take on UNO at Privateer Park in New Orleans.
Ma Khail Hilliard (1-0) earned the win. He worked 3.1 innings, struck out five batters and allowed no hits. 34 of his 40 total pitches were strikes.
Jaiden Beck (0-1) was charged with the loss. He worked 2.2 innings, allowed three hits, five runs and only struck out two.
LSU opened the first inning with a walk and steal from Dylan Crews, who then advanced to third on a Tre Morgan grounded out. Cade Doughty hit a home run to left field for an RBI double, bringing home Crews and the first two runs for the Tigers.

BATON ROUGE, La. Oral Roberts (4-7) scored two outs in the eighth inning and one in the ninth to defeat LSU (9-3), 3-1, in game three of the series on Sunday afternoon at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.
LSU will remain at home for their midweek matchup on Tuesday against Texas Southern. The game will be at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field at 6:30 p.m. and will be available to watch on SEC Network+ or to listen to in Baton Rouge on 98.1 FM.
