OH MY GOD. IT IS TERRIBLE. TODD: AS THE MORNING PROGRESSED, HELSCHER DISCOVERED THINGS GOT WORSE. AFTER WE GOT THE FIRE OUT WE DID DISCOVER TWO INDIVIDUALS THAT PERISHED IN THE FIRE AND WE ALSO FOUND TWO PETS. TODD: NEIGHBORS TELL ME A MOTHER AND DAUGHTER LIVED IN THIS HOME ON TIDEWATER COURT OFF 8 MILE ROAD. HELSCHER’S CALL FOR HELP CAME SHORTLY AFTER SHE WOKE UP AROUND 4:00 A.M. CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Two people are dead after an Anderson Township house fire early Thursday, according to Fire Chief Richard Martin.
Crews remain on the scene in the 8300 block of Tidewater Court. Chief Martin says it has partially collapsed, and crews are extinguishing hot spots inside what’s left.
Anderson Township and Cincinnati fire crews responded to the home shortly after 4 a.m. when a neighbor reported the fire by calling 911, according to dispatchers.
