High Profile: VPRA, GCRTA, STV, WSP April 09, 2021 High Profile: VPRA, GCRTA, STV, WSP Written by Marybeth Luczak, Executive Editor The Virginia Passenger Rail Authority (VPRA) Board appointed its first Executive Director; Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) named a new Chief of Police and Director of Security; STV, Inc. has promoted two veteran transportation leaders to Senior Vice President roles; and WSP in Canada tapped a new President and CEO. The VPRA, which launched last fall, is responsible for promoting, sustaining and expanding the availability of passenger and commuter rail service in Virginia. It will work in collaboration with the commonwealth’s Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT). Donald A.
