CINCINNATI â Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine announced plans for statewide police reform at his news conference Wednesday evening. Among other measures, DeWine s plan calls for making it easier to track the disciplinary records of officers looking to move withing departments.
Cincinnati Fraternal Order of Police president Dan Hils said, to his knowledge, âproblem officersâ moving from department to department don t present a major problem.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Two local leaders will join a statewide effort to address major issues Ohio is facing, like police reform and public safety.
The committee is formed through the Ohio Mayor’s Alliance. Those locally who will be part of it are Cincinnati Police Chief Eliot Isaac and Middletown Mayor Nicole Condrey.
In total, eight people across Ohio will make up the committee to take a closer look at policing in the state.
