He said, “We are so concerned about the future of our great state.
“It is out of this desire to see Bauchi State transformed into one of the greatest states in the country that we are drumming support for the former Chief of Air Staff.
“No doubt, he has distinguished himself with his leadership qualities.”
Galaje added that only the people of Bauchi could decide on their future, saying “if they want the suffering to stop in 2023, Abubakar is the right man to succeed Gov Bala Mohammad.
“Our observation of Bauchi political space has brought our focus to the former Chief Air Staff, Sadique Abubakar, whose track record and achievements have raised the bar on leadership.”

The government of Pakistan on Wednesday appointed Air Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu as the new Chief of the Air Staff of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) as Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan is set to retire on Thursday.
The incoming air chief hails from Sadh village in Punjab’s Gujrat district and is presently serving as Deputy Chief of Air Staff Admin at the Air Headquarters in Islamabad.

THE Chief of Air Staff, COAS, Air Vice Marshal Oladayo Amao and Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State have described the former COAS, late, Air Marshal Nsikak Eduok, rtd, as a man of integrity, selfless, dedicated leader, God-fearing and a great achiever.
They spoke weekend in Uyo while presenting their condolences at the end of the funeral service conducted by the United Evangelical Church, held for late Eduok who died on January 6, 2021, at the age of 73.
Amao extolled late Eduok for being one of the best hands that contributed towards the successes recorded in the NAF, adding that dedication during his sojourn on earth made a significant and considerable impact on the overall development of the service.

Indian Air Force Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal R.K.S. Bhadauria flew a sortie in a PC-7 Mk-II trainer with one of the qualified flying instructors to mark the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Air Force Academy located at Dundigal on the outskirts here on Tuesday.
