Airlines and other travel businesses are not expecting travel to bounce back to 2019 levels this year. However, many are encouraged by signs of an uptick in demand for spring break.
This comes as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends not traveling during the pandemic.
A Twin Cities travel expert says some airlines are offering special deals to get travelers back into the air. As far as Punta Cana or Cabo San Lucas or Costa Rica, we ve seen round trip flights non-stop under $300 per person. That s unheard of.
