Dodd to host town hall on wildfire preparedness

State Sen. Bill Dodd, D-Napa, will host a virtual town hall at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, on wildfire preparedness and prevention featuring a panel of experts including the state’s top firefighter, CalFire Chief Thom Porter.
The town hall will be broadcast live on KSVY Sonoma Radio/TV and streamed across multiple channels. Panelists will join Dodd in answering submitted questions and calls from viewers.
Other participants will be Christopher Thompson, president of the Napa Communities Firewise Foundation, and Caerleon Safford, an analyst for Permit Sonoma, Fire Prevention Division.
