DICKSON, Tenn. Zochem L.L.C. is gaining an enviable safety record at its two facilities in Dickson and Brampton, Ontario, going a combined 15 years between the plants without recording an OSHA injury.
In recognition of this, the Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers has awarded its Gold Safety Award to the North American supplier of zinc oxide powder and pellets, specifically to the Zochem South plant in Tennessee. This is the second consecutive year for Zochem to receive the Gold award. Zochem North in Brampton received an honorable mention this year at ARPM s Environmental Health and Safety Summit.
