Leader Rachel Notley said Monday the Alberta government should cover employers sending the wage support directly to workers as part of their paycheques, leaving the details of how the province might be reimbursed through the federal government’s recovery sickness benefit until later.

Article content Black Gold School Division staff will continue to review Alberta’s draft K-6 curriculum after receiving largely negative feedback from parents and staff. “We’re taking a really close look at it. It’s only been out a couple days and we were out on spring break so we didn’t get a real good chance to look at it. We’re probably going to be spending the next week-and-a-half going deeper, finding out what the issues are and then seeing what we can salvage out of it,” said Superintendent Bill Romanchuk.
