Over the past few months the preschool have had to replace and fix things that the vandals have broken CATSHILL Village Preschool, which is based at Catshill Methodist Church, has been the target of vandals over the last few months. The preschool on Golden Cross Lane, has a garden at the back of the church which has been trashed by young offenders. Owner of the preschool, Lisa Hadley, said over the past few months they have had to replace and fix things that the vandals have broken. She said “They broke the lock off our storage unit, burnt artificial grass, broke toys, thrown kitchen utensils over the garden and tried to prise open the shed. They have also been smoking drugs.

Hassan Mohammed appeared before magistrates in Worcester where he pleaded not guilty to three offences following an incident in Teme Road, Worcester. The 28-year-old of Winchcombe Drive, Warndon, Worcester denied possession of an offensive weapon, assault by beating and a section four public order offence, all of which are alleged to have occurred on June 23 last year. Karen Wright, prosecuting, said: There’s an issue with regard to parking a car and an argument between people in the street and it’s said that the defendant went to get the hammer out of a black Mercedes vehicle, pulled it out of the boot and said ‘I’m going to kill you!’”
