These series of questions on the challenges of the inscription, management and conservation of World Heritage sites will be discussed in a Round Table at the University Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar (UCAD) on May 22 to celebrate the African World Heritage Day
The UNESCO Regional Office for West Africa/ Sahel in Dakar and the doctoral school “Studies on Man and Society” (ETHOS) of UCAD will celebrate together 5th May African World Heritage Day. This year in particular it contributes to the celebrations of the 2021 Year the African Union for “Arts, culture and heritage: levers to build the Africa we want”.
