The City of Dallas is helping to fund emergency repairs for low and moderate income residents whose homes were damaged during last week’s winter storms.
Dallas City Council voted Wednesday to approve an Emergency Home Repair Program that allocates $2 million to organizations that will qualify low-to-moderate income homeowners for grants of up to $10,000.
