Outgoing BTV DG Haroon-or-Rashid accorded farewell reception

Television SM Haroon-or-Rashid was accorded a farewell reception at the
conference room of Information Ministry at the Secretariat here this
afternoon.
Principal Information Officer Surath Kumar Sarker, Additional Secretary of
the Information Ministry Jahanara Pervin and other officials of the ministry
were present at the farewell ceremony.
The information minister lauded the performance of outgoing BTV DG Haroon-
or-Rashid and wished him a sound and wonderful future.
Additional secretary attached to the Local Government Division Sohrab
Hossain has been appointed as the new DG of the state owned television
channel.
