Nhà Khang Điền (KDH) sắp huy động 400 tỷ từ trái phiếu
HĐQT CTCP Đầu tư và Kinh doanh Nhà Khang Điền (mã chứng khoán: KDH) vừa thông qua nghị quyết về phương án phát hành trái phiếu riêng lẻ với giá trị tối đa lên đến 400 tỷ đồng.
Mệnh giá trái phiếu 1 tỷ đồng/trái phiếu, giá phát hành bằng 100% mệnh giá, kỳ hạn 4 năm với mức lãi suất cố định 12%/năm. Thời gian phát hành dự kiến chậm nhất đến hết quý 3/2021, ngày cụ thể sẽ ủy quyền cho Tổng Giám đốc KDH quyết định. Toàn bộ số tiền huy động được từ đợt phát hành này nhằm mục đích tăng quy mô vốn của Công ty.
