A man found guilty in May 2019 of groping several patrons at the 2018 Montana State Fair has lost his appeal in the Montana Supreme Court. Roberto Salaman-Garcia, 44, was charged with two felony and two misdemeanor counts of sexual assault. One of those assaults was on a minor under the age of 16, and another was on Great Falls Police Department Special Victims Unit Detective Katie Cunningham.
