A nightclub DJ hanged himself after phoning his girlfriend to tell her that taking his own life was the only way out , an inquest heard.
Guy Alderton, 33, died on May 18 last year after leaving his home in Bletchley, Buckinghamshire to go to work at the Interchange Business Park in Newport Pagnell.
Mr Alderton, who worked as a carpenter, had called his girlfriend Sarah Farrell at around 5.30pm that day to tell her he wanted to end his life.
The inquest in Milton Keynes heard Ms Farrell immediately called emergency services, and police rushed to Mr Alderton s workshop after tracking his van.
