John Gorham, the star chef and restaurant operator who once oversaw nearly a dozen Portland restaurants, has relocated to central Oregon, where he is launching a new private dining and restaurant consulting company with wife, Renee, according to a news release.
“We’ve moved on to start a new life and consulting company, Bull and Bee Hospitality, in beautiful Central Oregon,” Renee Gorham wrote in the release. “John and I will be offering private dining experiences and consulting restaurants who are bravely foraging ahead in what will be remembered in history as a huge shift of our industry, and hopefully one for the better. Most importantly we will be focusing on our family, John’s health and my new career in real estate.”
