Dallas police are searching for a man accused of fatally shooting a woman early Sunday morning at a social gathering in east Oak Cliff.
Doris Ramirez was shot at about 2:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of East 8th Street. She was taken to a local hospital, where she died of of her injuries Monday afternoon, police said.

Dallas police are investigating the slaying of a woman who was shot in east Oak Cliff early Sunday.
Officers were called about 2:30 a.m. Sunday to the 2000 block of East Eighth Street, near Moore Park, where a woman had been shot.
The victim, identified as 33-year-old Doris Ramirez, died from her injuries Monday afternoon at a hospital.
