Sutharos Organic Tom Yum Noodle – Thailand
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Says it’s Vegetarian friendly but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles 4~5 minutes. Rinse and drain. Add coconut milk and 200ml water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add in herbs and cook 2~3 minutes. Add in meat or seafood (I’ll be using shrimp). Add in remaining sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!
