Baldwin is facing charges of leaving the scene of an accident involving death or injury and failing to report an accident with injuries. He was charged after leaving the South East Street scene where his vehicle and a motorcycle being ridden by Richard Jackson Gregory collided in April; Gregory later died. Baldwin will appear in court at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 29 for a pre-trial conference, with a tentative trial start date of Oct. 4.
