Saturdays and Sundays typify what we mean, with Paul Rushforth and Steve Cross respectively, present a different style of breakfast show, for the three hours from 7am. Dave Thomas’s Saturday Hangover, from 10am till 1pm on Saturday, welcomes requests and dedications.

The ever-popular Gillham Gold with Tony Gillham can be heard between 1pm until 2pm on Saturday, just before our Sports Show. Saturday evening sees John Salisbury present a show that takes you back to those evenings getting ready for the nightclub and after Ade Crampton, at 10am Jay Naselli’s Light Night Picture Show showcases the songs from the movies.
Team HARD reveals new CUPRA Leon

Team HARD has taken the covers off the new CUPRA Leon that it will introduce into the British Touring Car Championship for the 2021 season.
Tony Gilham’s outfit will run four of the new cars during the year ahead, with Jack Goff, Aron Taylor-Smith and Glynn Geddie already confirmed as three of the drivers.
The CUPRA will replace the ageing Volkswagen CC that was retired at the end of the 2020 season, and has been designed with an eye on the hybrid regulations that will be introduced into the series from 2022 onwards.
Testing of the new car is set to start in the coming weeks.
Aron Taylor-Smith to make series return

Former race winner Aron Taylor-Smith will make his return to the BTCC grid for the 2021 season after inking a deal to join Team HARD at the wheel of the third new Cupra Leon.
The 31-year-old Irish driver will line up alongside Jack Goff and Glynn Geddie in one of the new Cupras in what will be his first season in the series since a challenging 2017 campaign, where he was part of Triple Eight’s final driver pairing with the MG6.
Prior to that, Taylor-Smith was a race winner with Motorbase, Team BMR and Team BKR and has spent recent years competing in sportcars – racing with Team Parker in the Blancpain GT Series and in a Race Performance-run Ford Mustang GT4 in British GT.
Glynn Geddie secures second Team HARD Cupra

Glynn Geddie will return to Team HARD for a full season in the 2021 British Touring Car Championship after being named as the second driver for its new Cupra programme.
Geddie joined Tony Gilham’s outfit for the final two rounds of 2020 at Snetterton and Brands Hatch, securing a best finish of 15th at the wheel of one of the ageing Volkswagen CCs.
Having had the opportunity to get back behind the wheel of a BTCC car for the first time since a two-round stint in an AmD-run MG back in 2018, the former British GT champion will now hope to regularly challenge for regular points in what is set to be his first full season in the series, with his debut campaign in 2014 having ended two rounds early.
Jack Goff to spearhead new Cupra programme

Team HARD has confirmed that Jack Goff will lead its new Cupra programme in the 2021 British Touring Car Championship after signing an extended two-year deal with Tony Gilham’s outfit.
Goff, who made his series debut with Team HARD back in 2013, rejoined the Kent squad last year and secured its first win in a dramatic wet race at Silverstone, but endured a tough 2020 campaign – scoring points on only four occasions and ending the year down in 23rd in the standings.
Eager to try and return to form in 2021, Goff is the first driver to be confirmed by Team HARD in one of the new Cupras, which the team announced it would be running back in September – with work on the first cars already well underway.
