Police have arrested Donovan Foster, 21, of Sturgis, in connection with a shooting July 12 at Paul’s Pantry in Three Rivers.
Foster was arrested without incident July 22 at a home in Sturgis and taken to the St. Joseph County jail.
A warrant request was submitted to the St. Joseph County prosecutor’s office. Charges were authorized for three counts of assault with intent to commit murder.
The incident occurred around 9 p.m. July 12, when shots were fired in the parking lot at Paul’s Pantry, 261 E. Michign Ave.
The victim was identified shortly after the shooting, but police did not formally release the identity.
