WARREN Elizabeth I. “Betty” Kloss, 91, of Warren, passed away on Friday, Dec. 11, 2020, at 4:25 a.m., at her home, with Hospice Care and her loving family by her side.
She was born New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31, 1928, in Sharon, Pa., the daughter of the late George and Frances Huff Bennington.
During her childhood, she fondly remembers her summers spent in Mercer, Pa., on her father’s family farm.
Elizabeth graduated from Sharon High School, Class of 1946.
As a young woman and mother, she instilled in her children a desire to achieve, making plans and following through. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Sharon, and her children’s PTA. After her children were in school, Elizabeth became a licensed cosmetologist and owned and operated several businesses.
