ONE of Belfast s busiest retail parks has gone on the for the market for £19.7 million amid a spike in investment interest in large Northern Ireland shopping assets.
Shane Retail Park includes a 50,000 sq ft Homebase store and a major Smyths Toys outlet.
It comes just days after Manchester-based David Samuel Properties bought Lisnagelvin Retail Park in Derry for £9.7m.
The UK-Israeli investment group has splashed almost £60m on three retail ventures in the north in the past 18 months.

A UK property firm has bought the Lisnagelvin Retail Park in Londonderry in a deal worth almost £10m.
David Samuel Property Management has paid £9.7m for the 62,000 sq-ft (5,760 sq-m) park, which is home to Next, Matalan and TK Maxx.
It is the company s latest purchase in Northern Ireland and the second major acquisition in the city in less than 18 months.
Last year, the company bought Holywood Exchange Retail Park on the outskirts of Belfast for £18.9m.
Managing director of David Samuel Properties, Andrew Berkeley said the property firm is delighted to have successfully concluded a further addition to our retail park portfolio .

The park is home to Next, Catalan and TK Maxx stores and is one of the most popular retail destinations in the north west.
According to a report in the Belfast Telegraph, the park has been bought by Manchester-based property firm David Samuel Properties.
The same company also owns the Crescent Link Retail Park in Derry.
The Lisnagelvin park had been placed on the market for £10.75m.
