Learning Care Group Inc. acquired U-GRO Learning Centres on the last day of 2020. Janice Holsinger founded the first U-Gro Learning Centre in the Palmyra area in 1973. Her son, Greg Holsinger joined the company in 1994 and later served as president and CEO of U-Gro.
