Heavy rainfall and flash flooding are possible across New Mexico this week.

That could offer some relief for the state’s southeast corner, which has experienced downpours, flooding and road closures in recent weeks.

“It only takes one storm in the wrong place, so flash flooding is going to continue to be a concern,” Clements said.
Albuquerque is expected to reach a high of 90 degrees on Tuesday. The city has a 50% chance of rain on that day.
