Two Arrested on Drug Charges in Separate Emmet County Investigations By charguth June 15, 2021 2:11 pm Saga Communications Estherville, IA (KICD)– Two Emmet County men have been arrested on drug charges as part of two separate investigations from earlier this month. The first case began as a traffic stop in Armstrong early last week where further investigation is said to have uncovered controlled substances . That led to 31-year-old Daniel Douglas being taken into custody and charged wtih possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. The second arrest came on Thursday, also in Armstrong, when multiple residents reported their tires had been flattened. That led police to 49-year-old Theodore West who was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and warrants for violating his probation.
