A WREXHAM campaigner is to team up with a Britain s Got Talent entrant to warn children about the dangers of carrying knives. The Leader reported recently on the work of Danny Maddocks, whose brother Craig was murdered in a knife attack at the Cambrian Vaults pub, Wrexham, in June 2013. He was 34. Mr Maddocks continues to campaign against the carrying of blades and as well as running a Facebook page to keep people informed about the impacts of carrying blades, called OnTheKnifeEdge , he is a trained Knifesaver . Now he has teamed up with strongman Stu Goldcrusher (Stuart Goldsmith), known for previously lifting Ant and Dec on Britain s Got Talent during his televised audition for the show, whom he will meet this week to film a video about the dangers of knives.
