Devon Library open again to the public

Article content The Devon Public Library was able to reopen its doors last week after another temporary closure. Following an easing of provincial COVID-19 restrictions this month, libraries across the province were able to reopen their doors in a limited capacity to the public. Town partnering with Devon Library to launch Be the Change book club

Article content The Town of Devon and the Devon Public Library announced the launch this week of the Be the Change Book Club, a program aimed at furthering Indigenous engagement in the community as well as discussion of decolonization, antiracism and the voices of Indigenous, Black and Peoples of Colour. Devon Library closing temporarily over the holidays

Article content The Devon Public Library has closed its door to the public for the next several weeks. Announcements from the government of Alberta on Dec. 8 on new restrictions for businesses and social gatherings due to COVID-19 included libraries in the type of businesses which would close.
