Today the University of Belize held its first Gian Ghandi Memorial Lecture, honouring the legacy of a giant who served for thirteen years under four administrations. Ghandi made a name for himself as an astute crown counsel who also served as the Director of Public Prosecutions, Solicitor General and Legal Counsel for the Ministry of Finance.
