Founded in 1996, Strong Management grew out of Lewis stint managing New York punk band H2O. Over 25 years, the company has represented a roster that also includes As I Lay Dying, William Elliott Whitmore, Oxymorrons and D Generation. Gabor joined the company in 1997.

iHeartMedia has created the position of senior vice president of diversity and inclusion and named Yesenia Bello to the post.
Her job is to help the company “to drive comprehensive long-term and measurable diversity and inclusion strategies” and develop and meet specific diversity and inclusion goals. She’ll report to Michele Laven, chief human resources officer and chief diversity officer.
The job touches on both internal and external relationships. For instance among her tasks is to help identify existing “high-potential talent” and promote internal mobility; but also to work on diversity initiatives with business partners.
Telemundo31, Telemundo’s Central Florida property in Orlando, Fla., announced today that
Miguelangel Lopez has been named the vp of news.
In this new role, Lopez will oversee the station’s multi-platform news operation. He will report to
Migdalia Figueroa, the president and general manager of Telemundo31.
“Miguelangel is an outstanding manager and an experienced news leader,” said Figueroa. “I’m excited for him to join our team and look forward to seeing the new milestones he and our news staff will reach as we continue with our commitment of informing and empowering our audiences, now more than ever.”
Lopez comes to Florida from Texas, where he has been the vp of news at KTLM since 2014. There he oversaw news operations and the launch of the station’s consumer investigative unit. During his tenure, the operation received a national News Emmy, regional Edward R. Murrow Awards and First Amendment Awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, among others.
