Entitlement to attend and vote 1. As the Company will run the General Meeting as a closed meeting only those shareholders registered in the Company s register of members at: · 10.00 a.m. on 11 February 2021; or, · if this meeting is adjourned, at 10.00 a.m. on the day two business days prior to the adjourned meeting, shall be able to vote in advance by submitting a completed Form of Proxy to the Company.
