A reward of up to £5,000 has been offered for information leading to the gunman who executed a father of seven in a gangland killing 15 years ago.
David Noddy Rice, 42, was shot dead in a seafront car park at Marsden Grotto, South Shields, on 24 May 2006.
One man was jailed for murder but police are still hunting suspect Allan Foster, who is believed to be in Spain.

THE twin sister of a man murdered in a South Shield’s car park 15 years ago today has issued a heartfelt plea for information - as police release a new image of the prime suspect. The renewed appeal sees independent charity Crimestoppers mark the anniversary with a £5,000 reward for anyone who comes forward with information which helps lead to the arrest of Allan Foster.

Long-time Brantford Brant MP Phil McColeman has announced plans to step away from federal politics.
McColeman, who has represented the riding since 2008, announced on Wednesday that he will not seek a fifth term in office when the next federal election is called, possibly in 2021. He will continue to serve as MP and fulfill his parliamentary duties for the remainder of this term.
