But it was taken away when, at the age of just 21, the 5ft 1ins student overdosed in her bathtub after taking ketamine.

Now, on the 10th anniversary of her death, her mother Vicky Unwin is sending a stark warning about the dangers of the popular party drug.
Figures released this month show that one in 10 teenagers admit to taking hard drugs including ketamine – which is commonly used as a horse tranquilliser or anaesthetic - as it has become the cheap, lockdown drug of choice.

A young man who died following an illegal rave during lockdown had taken a fatal drug overdose an inquest heard. Twenty-year-old Joe Robinson, a customer services agent, tragically passed away on June 14, after attending a gathering at Daisy Nook Country Park in Oldham. Mr Robinson died after he collapsed leaving the rave, which was attended by around 4,000 people.
The female member of staff joined revellers in a field near Daisy Nook Country Park, Failsworth, on June 13 last year.
When GMP bosses learned of the member of staff s attendance, disciplinary proceedings were brought against her. According to the Manchester Evening News, she later resigned from her position before a gross misconduct hearing took place in December.
According to the report, the woman, who has not been named, would have received a written warning and been able to keep her position had she not taken the decision to leave.
The event near Daisy Nook Country Park, at which a man died of a suspected drug overdose, was one of a spate of illegal raves which were held across the United Kingdom throughout last year as people rebelled against government restrictions brought into place to limit the spread of Covid-19.

A civilian member of staff at Greater Manchester Police left the force after bosses found out they had attended an illegal lockdown rave.
The female member of staff was among about 4,000 people who defied coronavirus restrictions to attend a huge illegal rave at Daisy Nook Country Park during the summer. When the breach was uncovered, the unnamed GMP employee faced a disciplinary hearing.
