Taylor Goelz, MS/MPP, is the Program Manager for the Energy & Environment Program (EEP)’s Shipping Decarbonization Initiative for the Aspen Institute. Within this role, Taylor will apply her collaborative science policy and partnership experience to help the Cargo Owners Zero Emission Vessel Initiative (coZEV) engage multinational businesses and U.S. policy makers to accelerate decarbonization of maritime shipping. Prior to joining Aspen, Taylor served as a John A.
