GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. â West Michigan s largest public transportation authority is about to get a new person in the driver s seat.
The Rapid announced Friday that Deborah Prato will serve as the new Chief Executive Officer.

According to a release, Prato has more than 30 years of experience in the public sector, including a decade as an executive in public transportation. The Rapid did not disclose where Prato has worked outside of saying the northeast United States.
