Cam Jordan, Marcus Davenport, Carl Granderson, Christian Ringo, Noah Spence, first-round draft pick Payton Turner, and Tanoh Kpassagnon will bring out their competitive juices during New Orleans workout programs ahead of the 2021 regular season.
Possibly two or three players may miss the cut with the Saints.
Tanoh Kpassagnon is an interesting character that many have not explored this offseason.
So, does Tanoh have a chance? Yes.
Who is Tanoh Kpassagnon?
Kpassagnon, 26, is a 6-7, 289 pound defensive end with four years of veteran experience. The Kansas City Chiefs selected him in the second round (59th overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft out of Villanova.

The NFL offseason has entered yet another stage.
We ve gone through the frenzy of free agency. The drama of the NFL draft. The revelry of rookie minicamp (OK, that one was a stretch). And now it s time for the outstandingness of organized team activities.
And…I broke alliteration.
Kidding aside, it s an important time for NFL teams: The first gathering of new arrivals and old standbys. For rookie players, it s the first opportunity to interact on the practice field with their veteran counterparts. For new coaches, it s the first chance to install new schemes and put their stamp on a franchise.
PINSKY: How dare you?
GUTFELD: I remember them from bars, though. Yes, OK. You re a doctor or so, you claim. I ve never seen a proof of this.
PINSKY: How dare you? Do we have to go there?
GUTFELD: Just give me a prescription pad and everything will be done. Are people that are overweight or short, physically less capable in this particular job?
PINSKY: Yes, right. I mean, people become firemen. They have to pass certain kinds of testing. When people become Secret Service, but apparently, they have standards and these guys all passed it. But it does sound like Trump, doesn t it? It really sounds like him being him where everybody gets fired if they re not up to his specific little qualifications. I by the way, you mentioned the Miss Universe pageant.
METAIRIE, La. The New Orleans Saints raised some eyebrows by drafting Houston defensive end Payton Turner with the 28th pick in the NFL draft, since he was selected sooner than most projected.
But it should come as no surprise that New Orleans’ DE draft board might look a little different than others.
The 6-foot-6, 270-pound Turner is joining a long line of long defensive ends with the Saints, who have coveted his type of size and length throughout the regime of coach Sean Payton and general manager Mickey Loomis. And they have doubled down since assistant GM Jeff Ireland took over college scouting in 2015.
