The 2021 NFL Draft is now behind us, and that means teams across the NFL are in the process of piecing together their entire rosters.
The Las Vegas Raiders are likely no different before what could be a pivotal fourth season of the second Jon Gruden era.
That s why we ll be going over roster evaluations for the Raiders players and position groups to see how everyone s stock measures up heading into the summer.
Good NFL teams are often ones that are able to key contributors in the later rounds of the NFL Draft or even among undrafted free agents.
Scoring
Jaden Springer can score with some of the best of college basketball’s guards. He has the ability to score at all three levels of the court. These scoring skills should translate well when he gets to the NBA. He was a driving force behind the Tennessee offense as a freshman last year. The NBA can never fill its need for scoring guards completely, so there will always be a spot for players like the young Tennessee freshman. Springer has the ability to slash, shoot from the mid-range, and can even hit consistently from beyond the arc as well.

Organizers say the move is to allow states with pageants time to reopen and will allow more flexibility for state organizations to find locations for competitions.
Any organization holding a pageant in summer 2021 will still be able to send their representative to the national pageant.
Miss Tennessee Volunteer is still scheduled to be held in Jackson, beginning June 16 with a new Miss Tennessee Volunteer to be crowned on Saturday, June 19 at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.
the guy at quarterback in this year s draft. There s no real argument about that, in my opinion. However, Lance excites me the most when I think about seeing how it all progresses for this year s QB class. He reminds me a lot of Bills QB Josh Allen, and interestingly enough, Allen sees a bit of himself in Lance. They were both lightly recruited out of high school and ended up at schools off the beaten NFL path. Heading into the 2018 draft, people questioned Allen s accuracy and level of competition. Lance is hearing the same questions now. We saw Allen take on the challenge and improve over the last three years. I think we could see a similar evolution from Lance once he enters the league. His upside is immense.
Miss TN Volunteer Pageant returning this summer
With the City of Jackson lifting capacity restrictions on its venues last week, that opened the door for one of Jackson’s longer-running annual events to make its return after a COVID-19 hiatus in 2020.
The Miss Tennessee Volunteer Pageant will happen again beginning on June 16 and the winner being crowned on June 19 at the Carl Perkins Civic Center in Downtown Jackson.
“We are so excited to be back,” said pageant director Allison Alderson DeMarcus. “Our girls were supposed to compete in 2020, and we want to give them the opportunity to do that.
“We feel like it’s important for these young women to experience that and gain all of the meaningful experiences that comes with it. We’ll have protocols in place to make sure everyone is as safe as possible for the contestants and for those watching.”
