The City of Early City Council will hold a special called meeting Thursday, May 27, at 6:00 pm at the Early Visitors and Event Center at 419 Garmon Drive. Under matters of new business, the Council will consider approving a variance to the setback requirements to install a carport at 207 Crescent Drive.
Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code
Reconvene into Open Session and consider action, if any, on items discussed in executive session.

At 6:30 pm Thursday, May 27, a Public Hearing will be held at the Early Visitors and Event Center regarding a Parks & Recreation use and Master Plan for the Early Town Center Project. The Early City Council and Early Municipal Development District Board may have a quorum present and may participate in discussion during the Public Hearing; however, no action will be taken.
The City of Early City Council will meet Tuesday, May 11, at 6:00 pm at 960 Early Boulevard.
Prior to the meeting, the Early Chamber of Commerce will hold a Grand Re-Opening of City Council Chambers from 5:45 pm to 6:00 pm.
When the meeting begins at 6:00 pm, the business agenda is as follows.
Administer Oath of Office to elected officials – Mayor Bob Mangrum, Councilman Travis Eoff and Councilman Garry Forisha.
