A federal grand jury indicted four men last week on charges related to the unrest in Kenosha following the shooting of Jacob Blake on Aug. 23.
The complaint alleges Allen King, David Garner and Kevin Martinez traveled to Kenosha from Minnesota on Aug. 24 where they attempted to set fires at a bar. The three men allegedly looted and damaged other establishments in Kenosha, including a pharmacy and a gas station.
