The City of North Bay has already issued more than $21 million worth of building permits over the past four-and-a-half months, representing a substantial increase compared to the same time periods over the previous two years.
Of the $21 million in building permits issued between Jan. 1 and April 15, the majority, or more than $15.2 million, is residential.

Within that time, permits for 34 new dwellings units were approved, including 21 single-family dwellings, three secondary units and 10 multi-residential units, such as townhouses or apartments.
