Police, fire and ambulance crews were tasked to the single-vehicle collision on the dual carriageway at around 8.10am, Devon and Cornwall Police has confirmed. Devon and Cornwall s Road Policing Team tweeted a photo of the battered vehicle, issuing a warning to motorists about driving whilst tired.

The incident happened on the westbound A38 between A382 (Drum Bridges, Heathfield) and A384 (Dartbridge Junction, Buckfast). Problems were first reported by traffic monitoring service Inrix at around 2.15pm. It is believed that traffic is coping well. Devon and Cornwall police have been contacted for further information.
